Rule # 1

Don't drink on a School Night.*

*Much as I love unexpected/unscheduled late-night drinking sessions, I really must learn to just say 'no' when I have to work the next day, and especially when I have to be in EARLY the next day (that's today by the way). My head hurts...

As long as you were not over the limit when you drove to work you should be grand - use the Sarah Hangover Cure, take one pint of water, add one Alka Seltzer + one Berocca tablet, allow to fizz, drink, eat one fried egg sambo. This should work. PS: you should know better!! tut-tut!

I should know better, but malheureusement, I succumbed to peer pressure. My hangover cure is basically not to eat or drink anything at all except water. It always does the trick. That and to do some strenuous work and sweat it out of you. It hurts for a while but it gets the best results. :-)

yeah sweating it out works too, yoga is brillo for that, although the smell of booze oozing from your pores is not the most appetising of scents!! Fried egg sambo, batch loaf toast, real butter and marmite is the one true cure though!!
