Isn't it just the BEST jam ever, mind you most of Mam's stuff is to die for, mmm, home food, how I miss it at times, especially the stock of Marmite!! The jam is wonderful and I am not a very jammy type girl you know? It's made with raspberries from the garden (rasers as Daddio would say) and it's just quite literally the BEST ever, yummmy!!!
No, not just scrumptious... scrum-DIDDLEY-UM-ptious.
(I may have accidentally made another crumpet and jam after this one. ACCIDENTALLY, though, yeah? It like, fell into the toaster, so I couldn't put it back in the fridge.)

Nobody's Mam's jam has a clue about my Mam's Jam. Organic Raspberries, hand-picked, and sugar. Nothing else.
