It would have been easier to just wait for Windows to clog itself up and start showing your wallpaper inside your windows. Although to be fair it more often just fills them with white.
I haven't got it yet, correct. Apparently, as I "customised" it, it took longer and had to be shipped from Shanghai. The delivery tracker now says "Estimated Delivery: May 7, 2007". So about a week away.
The bollixes.
You didn't know Windows could go crunchy? Perhaps you're not pushing it hard enough. :-P
Gordon, my laptop is very, very crunchy. If I use the "fancy graphics" UI for Windows XP, the crunchiness increases by at least one order of magnitude. This is why I will be receiving my Macbook Pro within the next week, and a super-cheap, legal copy of Vista Ultimate shortly after that.
And I'll probably be putting Feisty Fawn on the old lappie-toppie.
I think it would have looked much better if you'd used your new car instead of that orange Koennigthingy...
For the record, I haven't had a single problem with XP since I installed it years ago. Not even had to perform a re-install like so many people seem to do when they think their system has gone crunchy. :-)

This blog looks totally, utterly pants in Internet Explorer. So stop making excuses and download Firefox (or even Opera or Safari) right now (unless you already have).

My windows in Windows go grey when Windows goes all crunchy. Sometimes white too.
Windows doesn't have much time left to clog itself up, as I plan on killing it with some Ubuntu as soon as I get my Macbook Pro.

You haven't got it yet? What?!? Why ever not?
I did not know Windows could go crunchy...I'll have to look out for random crunchiness.

Ooooh! One week until you're in Mac heaven :-)
I had no idea. Perhaps I should get a hot metal poker and run screaming at it in ancient Hun style. Think that would make it go crunchy?

Bored, are we?
And I've not sympathy for anyone who uses the default look for Windows... fugly, v.fugly.
