I did my presentation on "risk assessment", a long and boring, but essential part of having a safe, clean and happy theatre. I won't go into it now, but apparently I did a good job of explaining the process to health and safety n00bs.

Indeed! As I said in the original post about the presentation day, I was using an application called iRed Lite for changing slides with my Apple Remote during the Powerpoint slideshow. I think if you have iWork '08 with Keynote this functionality is built-in, but not in Powerpoint, obviously.
