First Attempt At Quiche
Broccoli and mushroom quiche. A product of us getting a new Magimix
and pressure being put on me to get with the baking. Looks pretty
good, we'll find out how good it really is shortly!

Looks good to be bruv, maybe more egg mix though (for my personal taste) pastry looks perfecto!

Both myself and Nikki are from the "less is more" school of "how much egg to put into a quiche". Just enough to barely cover the fillings is what I like. More than that and it's basically just an omelette wrapped in pastry.

That's how much I put in too, maybe it's the angle of the shot that makes it look like there's not that much in there. I am sure it was delish in all in anyways!
